Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Alqevra Capital S.A.S. (“Alqevra”, “we”) processes personal information collected through alqevra.com and its official channels. It is written for a non-specialist reader and aligned with the Argentine regulatory framework in force in 2026, including Personal Data Protection Act No. 25,326 and complementary provisions issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information.

2. Data we process
We collect the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form (name, email and message) and technical data derived from browsing, such as IP address, device type, operating system and pages visited. We do not request sensitive data nor information from persons under 18.
3. Purposes
We use the data to answer inquiries, send information about projects you specifically request, maintain site security, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and improve the overall experience of the platform. We do not perform automated decisions with legal effects on individuals.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Section 5 Act 25,326) for communications and on legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention tasks. Where applicable, we also apply specific legal obligations from the financial and consumer protection sectors.
5. Retention
We keep data only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the informed purposes and the retention periods required by Argentine regulations. For sporadic inquiries the retention period is up to 24 months from the last contact.
6. Third parties and transfers
We may share data with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, aggregated analytics, transactional email). We apply appropriate contractual clauses and verify that they offer a reasonable level of protection. We do not sell personal data.
7. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition and update by writing to privacy@alqevra.com with your contact details and a copy of an identification document. You also have the right to file claims with the Agency for Access to Public Information.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit, access controls, periodic audits and data minimisation. No system is infallible; in the event of a relevant security incident we will notify you in accordance with applicable regulations.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our processes. The current version will be published with the date of last review. Material changes will be communicated on the site.
